While of course I normally post in this section demanding that you all come and worship me in the style I am so deserving of   At the moment I am saying, keep away!!

I have done something painful and awkward to my back, so am going to be unavailable for at least a week and not able to meet anyone.

If it gets really bad get yourself to a Chiroractor

I can't have a bath, I only have a shower! But the hot water does help.
I have been to the doc and she was not that concerned that it was anything serious, and I am considering a professional massage but I am not sure if it will either fix me totally or cause me more pain! It's been almost a week now and I'm not improving.

Hope you do get better.. I know the feeling as I suffer from back pains 
its something I have to deal with...
Little tip, put hot water bottle behind your back & rest up, it eases the pain.. Hope that helps..

Thanks hun, I have found heat pads and hot water bottles help a lot. A really hot shower loosens it up well.
