Title: AW stopping making payments to UK Banks
Post by: sallyb on September 25, 2016, 21:12:01
Not sure if this is the right place to post, but saw this today and thought I would post it here, as I know that many use AW.  AW will be stopping paying into UK Banks until further notice.

I only found out from the adultwork forum, couldn't find out where to find the article on adulwork itself.  They don't make it easy to find these things.

I have just been looking for it on there I cannot find it either. I have only been back doing webcam shows for two week and was going to continue doing them as I am enjoying myself. But maybe its time to have a rethink xx

I found it on www.adultworkforum.com and tried to find it on AW but couldn't.
I think I might try www.adultway.com, joined it years ago but never tried camming on it as always liked AW, but can't see the point in continuing if I don't know when I am going to get my money.  I know AW have Paxum and Payoneer, but as I don't earn hundreds at camming, I don't think it would be worth using either of them as wouldn't have much left after all the charges.  AW take enough as it is.

It would seem that if you have requested transfers for this week and next week, they will both be paid by the end of this week.  After that no UK transfers will be accepted.  I did try to transfer credits this morning and it wouldn't allow me to, just says either press okay to find out more or cancel to go back.  So after this week unless you use one of their other means of transfer you won't get paid.

Ive always used Payoneer the charges arent that bad and they have to make profit somehow as they are offering a service x

Mine is only for profile views, so it's not so bad, but those of you that cam it must be a nightmare xx

Have just read on the adultworkforum that you can still use Payoneer on AW, in fact that is the only way at the moment as Paxum has stopped too.

My payment for today has not gone into my bank, and have three weeks money waiting.  I have joined the forum's daily pay group (Adultworks finest performers) just to get my money and will stick with them until this is all sorted out.

Just been on AW  and its looking like they are trying to sort it out. They need a few more details such as age verification, Tax reference number etc so fingers crossed for everyone. I am sure AW will do all they can to resolve the situation we just might have to wait a bit longer to get our money xx

No I am sure it's not permanent though to receive credits via a uk bank they do need your tax code etc to confirm you are self employed. I have sent mine in along with all the other documents they needed basically confirming I am who I say I am. I will let you know how I get on apparently it takes up to  24 hours for all the info I have given to be verified xx

I don't know much about it other than you get paid within 24 hours of transferring your credits. I presume they do charge more commission. I think it's like an affiliate of Adultwork but lots of ladies have joined and are getting paid with no problems. I am not sure how they are managing to pay via a uk bank when Adultwork can't at the moment xx

Its a group 'adultworks finest performers/freedailypay.  They pay you daily, weekly and on request, and they take up to 6% extra, on top of adultworks fee.  I always said I would never join a group, but AW stopped UK bank transfers, I thought I would give it a go. I plumped for the 'on request' transfer which is a lower fee rate.  If you go to www.adultworkforum.com which is run by them, then you will find out more about them.

Yes I got paid, but still have two pending transfers on AW, so don't know when I will get those. Yes they do free advertising, but not much bothered about that lol.

Since all this has happened it has got very quiet on AW, haven't been on much as doing other things, but when I have, not many customers, have earned virtually nothing this week, so nothing to transfer lol.

I am with dailypay Abbie, AW take their 30% and with dailypay if you request a payout everyday they take 6% if it is a weekly pay out or payout on request it is 3.5%.

I have had no problems with them over the past 3 months that i have been with them, I take payout on request and i usually get payed withint 30min of my request but if a weekend it can take a few hours but they aim to ensure your money is within your bank account within 1 - 4hrs.

Ladies if you read up about the latest pacnet situation they are apparently having a few issues with finding a UK bank transfer company to accept them due to where the money comes from :/.  But are hoping to have it resolved by next week.

https://www.adultwork.com/PacNetIssues.asp

Last update:

  Friday AM

We are now in the final stages of acceptance with another adult friendly payment processor.  Subject to final confirmation and being able to provide funds to them today, we would hope to be able to process FPS today.  Still a few items to resolve, this may run into next week.

We have enabled checkboxes next to UK Bank and EU Bank payments scheduled for payment on Tuesday 4 October.  If desired you can convert these transfer requests to Payoneer, Paxum or PayToo for processing on Tuesday.

All cheque transfer requests, overdue or scheduled can be converted into another type.  We have received advice from PacNet that their services are unlikely to be up and running any time soon.

We will continue to process payments daily for anyone converting overdue payments into Payoneer, Paxum or PayToo requests.

    Friday PM

All we can do is apologise for the fact that the five companies we are trying to open accounts with are unable to process our application and set-up our accounts in a timely manner.  We were promised to be up and running by 10:30 AM and it's been a game of hide and seek ever since.  Accordingly and with regret we have to advise that UK FPS payments will not be made before next week.  Our efforts to get things up and running will continue through the weekend.

There will be one Payoneer, Paxum and PayToo payment run on Saturday and Sunday at 13:00 UK time, for any converted transfers that were due for payment last Tuesday.

Again we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this is causing you.  We are fully aware of the impact this will be having on your lives and wellbeing and are doing our utmost to get matters resolved.

There are people who talk a lot of twaddle about the group Abbie, but I have not experience it and neither have the thousands of girls who are part of the group.  They have gone above and beyond in helping girls out who had transfers stalled and helped them to get payouts etc and their transfers cancelled and resent to their bank accounts.

They do not just cover AW but so many other camming sites etc and have just taken on one more.

It has been a relief being with them when you need your money paid out and AW is stuck at the moment.

Ladies this is the latest update we at AWFDP have received today.

Hi all, if you havent seen a post about it (
http://adultworkforum.com/showthread.php?tid=9453&pid=86273#pid86273 , AW
forums are the only forum to have info on it at the moment)

C4S (clips4sale.com) will no longer payout to UK bank accounts, for all C4S
members using us, DP, we dont see any changes currently to our service, you
will still be paid as normal, nearly all sites are now in a state of
crisis, AW, MFC, Streamate, C4S, Chaturbate etc from the top of my head I
cant name one site that hasnt dropped the UK from their pay roll systems
(due to forces outside their control).

We are the only ones paying out beyond the start date of the crisis (so if
possible, no negative comments towards us/our staff taking slightly longer
to pay out please, we are trying our best here when all other sites and
services have stopped payouts and "deserted" you, we understand all payouts
are urgent, this is a once in a lifetime crisis on an apocalyptic scale).

Our staff members are working 24/7 during this time.

To try and help our funding ability the staff members have given up their
own wages since the start of the crisis and put the money towards funding
the service so you may be paid, we got alot of supportive messages but we
also unfortunately get alot of negative comments which to be honest are
heart breaking to read.

Just before the crisis we had sent an email out about our new Customer
Service Centre being built in Belfast (UK), this is still ongoing so there
is no office landline number during this time.

Our head of Customer Service, Annabelle has offered her own personal mobile
number to be given out during this time (will be released in a follow up
message later today).

As far as I know from this moment, C4S dont plan on doing UK payouts for
the foreseeable future.

For today, all auto daily payouts, weeklys and payout on requests are being
processed as normal.

There is no need to panic at this time, everyone is working hard to resolve
the problems, currently the fix = time only.

AW and DP will continue to operate well into the future.

Thanks all.

Why is this not mentioned on the AW site.  I started the process of sending my revenues back to my bank.  There was not warning it would not work.   I did not go through completion of the transaction as the amount was small.

No idea we only found out when dailypay emailed us on last Saturday to tell us what was happening, unfortunately they have not been very forthcoming with information.  On top of that it now seems that they are having problems finding a middleman to do the transfers with due to the type of business that it is.  AW is now with their last update advising girls to find an alternative form of transfering their credits ie. payoneer, paxum or paytoo.

Yes The message does appear when you click the payment button.  Doesn't look good for their old payment processors. Don't expect they will ever be around again.  Sure AW will find another processor.

I get cheques regularly from the US for advertising porn/dating websites,  (In this day and age I can't see why it costs me more for a wire transfer from the US, than paying in a US dollar cheque)

AW has sorted a new payment processor so monies should reach bank accounts by the 12th but you are asked too revalidate and provide your home address etc for the new processor.  But they do ask that you have a back up processor for any future problems.

Just another word in support of Daily Pay. I've been with them for years as I do quite a lot of camming as well as escorting and have never had problems with them. Even while this crisis has been going on I've been paid, even though it was late a couple of times. I cam through three different sites and quite frankly it's far easier letting them deal with the funds transfer than trying to sort it all out myself.
Am sorry they've had some negative crap over circumstances that were beyond their control.
